The domain name(s) through which you have accessed the Portal is (are) owned by the Entity. Said domain name(s) may not be used in connection with other content, products and/or services that are not owned by the Entity or in a manner that may cause confusion among end users or discredit the Entity.
2. PURPOSE
This Legal Notice includes the general conditions that regulate access, browsing and use of the Portal, as well as the contents that comprise it, without prejudice to the fact that the Entity may establish specific conditions that regulate the use, provision and/or contracting of the products or services that, where appropriate, may be offered through the Portal.
In the event of being offered, through the Portal, the use, provision and/or contracting of products or services, the fact of being used and/or requested by the User shall also imply the unreserved acceptance of the particular conditions which, where applicable, have been established for this purpose, and which shall form an integral part of this Legal Notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to and use of the Portal by Users is free of charge. Nevertheless, the Entity reserves the exclusive right to decide whether access to and use of the products or services offered through the Portal shall be free of charge or whether, on the contrary, it decides to demand a financial consideration for this, in which case the amount, method of payment and other particular conditions that may be applicable shall be expressly notified to Users prior to their coming into force, so that Users may voluntarily desist from accessing and/or using those products or services that involve the payment of any amount. · Using them for purposes prejudicial to the legitimate rights of third parties.

The Entity is not responsible for and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, excludes any warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-compliance, accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content, services, products or other items included on the Portal, or the results obtained from accessing and using the Portal and/or the content thereof. · The existence of interruptions or errors in access to the Portal, as well as technical problems or failures that occur during the Internet connection;
· The absence of errors or inaccuracies in content, services or products;

· The invulnerability of the Portal and/or the impregnability of the security measures adopted therein;

5. PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
Any communication or transmission of content that infringes the rights of third parties and/or whose content is threatening, obscene, defamatory, defamatory, pornographic, xenophobic, offensive to the dignity of the person or the rights of children, the law in force or any conduct that incites or constitutes the commission of a criminal offence is prohibited.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents of the Portal are reserved and, in particular, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in the Portal, for public or commercial purposes, without the prior, express and written authorisation of the Entity or, where appropriate, of the owner of the corresponding rights.

7.1 Links from the Portal to other websites.
The Entity may offer links, directly or indirectly, to Internet resources or web pages outside the Portal. The presence of these links on the Portal is for information purposes and in no case constitutes an invitation to contract products and/or services that are offered or may be offered on the destination web pages, nor does it imply the existence of a relationship of dependence with the entity that owns the linked web page. In these cases, the Entity shall not be responsible for establishing the terms and conditions to be taken into account in the use, provision and/or contracting of these services by said third parties and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for them.

The User expressly accepts the use of electronic mail as a valid procedure for the exchange of information and the sending of communications between and/or with the Entity.
11. GENERAL.
The headings of the different clauses are for information purposes only, and shall not affect, qualify or modify the interpretation of the Legal Notice.
In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of this Legal Notice and the particular conditions that, where applicable, may be established with respect to the products or services offered on the Portal, the provisions of the particular conditions shall prevail with respect to the products or services subject to said particular conditions.
In the event that any provision or provisions of this Legal Notice should be considered null and void or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of the Legal Notice or the particular conditions that, where appropriate, may have been established.
The non-exercise or non-execution by the Entity of any right or action recognised in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed in writing by the Entity.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS.
This Legal Notice and any relationship arising from its acceptance or related to it shall be governed exclusively by the applicable Spanish legislation.
The Parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid (Spain), which shall have exclusive competence to hear and resolve any dispute arising from or related to this Legal Notice and/or any relationship arising from the acceptance of the same. Each of the parties hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
